Aquarium Store and Fish Tank Maintenance

We’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions we receive from hobbyists of all experience levels. Whether you’re setting up your first freshwater aquarium, maintaining a thriving reef tank, or looking for information about our services, our FAQ is designed to help you find the answers quickly. Charges are based upon a few factors.. the size and type of tank, frequency of visits, supplies and travel. Our minimum service charge is $100. We offer on-site estimates for the most accurate charges before taking on the service. 

Yes, if it is a fish we feel we have enough space and capability to handle the request. Send us a request via our contact form for more information. 

Yes, we sell copepods, brine shrimp and black worms. 

Yes, all fish are medicated upon arrival and quarantined for at least 2 weeks before we send them to a new home. If you are interested/capable of quarantining your own fish, we may give you a discount on the cost.

Yes and No. We provide a service credit if a fish dies within 3 day of our staff acclimating the fish to one of our service customer’s systems. Due to the rising cost of fish, the time and effort we put into each fish before it goes home and our inability to assess your tank before you put the fish in the tank, we are not able to provide refunds on fish. In certain situations, we may provide a store credit but that will be on a case by case basis. 

Depends on if we have the space and capability to successfully quarantine the fish. At this time we only offer quarantine services for our service customers.

No, we do not. We do carry a selection of pond fish (seasonally) and supplies in the store.
